Citrix started developing their API platform a couple of years back. However, when I joined the project I observed that the drop rate was alarmingly high at about 62%. Although I was the only designer in this project, I took complete ownership of design and strategy, collaborated with all stakeholders, leveraged the findings from Google Analytics and customer feedback to redesign the portal and brought down the drop rate to under 40%.
